Born in 1996 in Lviv, Ukraine, Dobko studied at the Yevshan Gymnasium and the Lviv College of Music. Since 2017, he has been studying at the Faculty of Philosophy of Lviv National University. In 2013, Victor founded the metal group Paradise From Your Dreams (Рай Із Твоїх Снів) and has performed in many festivals and concerts.
